Kiefer Haus Technology started in 2024 with a firm belief in the power of cultural organizations to bring deeply needed connection points to our community. We firmly believe in doing good, calling out what isn't working, and being there for one another.

In late 2024, Kiefer Haus Technology began redeveloping a cultural institution CRM with the goal of providing high-quality software to the people who need it the most (and often can't get to it). That software is called BonnyLou, in honor of Bonnie Lou Coates Kiefer, our founder's mother and the inspiration for our mission.
